The Singles Group was established on March 7, 2000 by K. Kim Van de Vere, LCSW, a Licensed Psychotherapist in Austin with over 12 years of experience as a relationship consultant.

She started The Singles Group because she realized the need for such a group to help individuals develop and maintain strong, meaningful relationships by cultivating their capacity for fun and adventure.

We are a local Austin-based business here to serve local singles in Austin and its surrounding areas.

All of our Professional Coordinators and Relationship Consultants have either a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in psychology or other related fields in Human Relations, and are experts in interpersonal relationships.

And our Recreational Assistants have extensive first-hand experience in their assigned recreational activities, so they can get you started and on your way to having fun!
